Welcome to my newly relaunched pie making workshops, now held in my warm and welcoming home kitchen in Enfield, North London.

Whether you've never made pastry before or simply want to build your confidence in the kitchen, these small, friendly classes are relaxed, hands-on and completely unpretentious. We'll start with tea, coffee and a few homemade treats before rolling up our sleeves.

You'll be surprised how simple it is to make delicious pastry from scratch. I'll share the tips and techniques I've learnt over years of making pies professionally, giving you the confidence to recreate them at home.

Using quality ingredients, plenty of laughter and a relaxed home from home atmosphere, we're going to spend a lovely day cooking together.
