Baking Instructions
Firstly thanks for purchasing our pies!! Each pie has been hand made by myself, so I care how they turn out for you.
I've already egg washed the tops of the pies before freezing, but for an extra touch of golden brown and crispy pastry, you can egg wash them again.
TO COOK UNBAKED PIES FROM PROZEN
Remove packaging, but leave in their foil tins.
REMEMBER THE OVEN MUST BE HOT BEFORE YOU POP YOUR PIE IN. DON'T SKIP THIS STEP
PRE-HEAT OVEN 200°C / 180°C FAN / GAS 6
Place a baking tray in oven whilst heating (avoiding soggy bottoms)
When oven is hot place Pie on Hot tray and
BAKE FOR 35/40 MINS (Oven temperatures may vary). DO NOT MICROWAVE.
LEAVE FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE DEVOURING, YOU DON'T WANT TO BURN YOUR TOUNGE!
