Join me for a relaxed, hands-on 3-hour British Pie Making Class in my home kitchen in Enfield.
 
You'll learn how to make buttery shortcrust pastry from scratch, prepare a delicious savoury filling and master a traditional deep-filled, double-crust pie.
 
We'll also make some sweet tartlets, and I'll share plenty of tips and techniques to give you the confidence to make great pies at home.
 
Classes are small and friendly, with a maximum of 4 people. We'll enjoy tea, coffee and homemade treats, plenty of laughter and a relaxed home-from-home atmosphere.
